Great product. I was blown away. Still need to do a thorough vacuuming once a week with my regular vacuum, but having this product makes a messy life manageable.

It is smart and increases suction where needed and navigates the home. It bumps into chairs and walls as it travels around and doesn't leave any marks. Gets under and around stools and chairs in dining room and kitchen.

The robovac picks up dust and hair really well off my tile floors, and has a great sense of direction. Works on a wood floor or low pile carpet well. It does a decent job on my rugs.

After 6 months, the battery seems to have died. When i turn it on, it just spins in circles. Nothing fixes it.

If you read the warranty fine print, it says clearly the warranty won't be honored if the serial number is not clearly present. If you want a decent vacuum that lasts 1 year, this product is for you.

Nobody buys more than one expensive vacuum. Good grief. Overall very unhappy for the amount of money that was spent.

The anti-drop sensors are dirty. The very bad downside is that constant malfunction we encounter. The drive logic and sensor integration is horrible.
