Struggled with some setups, confusing/frustrating with web interface and some terminologies.
The worst part is searching their whole website cannot even find a way to contact their support by phone.
Ticket only?... Seriously?
Only installation guide in the package. No user manual in it.
Sigh..... Unless you are tech-savvy, stay away from it.
